CFACTS Cloud migration update: Job codes
Learn about job codes for accessing the new cloud environment at CFACTS-Cloud
The CFACTS application is migrating to AWSCloud for better performance and efficiency. The updated system is known as CFACTS-Cloud. We will be posting updates regularly to help you navigate this transition.
Do I need a new job code?
There will be new job codes for accessing CFACTS-Cloud.
If you are an existing CFACTS user: You don’t need to do anything right now. We are working with the EUA team to make sure your job codes update automatically. If there is an interruption to this process, we will work with you to resolve it quickly.
If you are a new CFACTS user requesting access for the first time, use the following (new) job codes:
CFACTS_USER_PRD: This is for the main production environment (used for regular CFACTS activities). When you request this code, use the justification “To perform essential job functions related to role as a FISMA Stakeholder (e.g. ISSO/CRA) including but not limited to those systems”.
CFACTS_USER_IMP: This is for the lower CFACTS environment (used for testing / training). When you request this code, use the justification “To perform UAT and for training”.
